Wet basement? Cracked foundation? A Halo Water Proofing crew can be at your Middleburg property within hours — upfront pricing, no guesswork, no pressure.
Halo Water Proofing started as a small OH crew and grew because Middleburg customers kept referring us to neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
Every technician on our Middleburg crew is background-checked, factory-trained on the equipment we install, and held to the same estimate we quote you over the phone — no upsell surprises when the truck pulls up.
One call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment window — not a call-back promise.

Odor is often the first sign Middleburg customers notice, well before any visible water shows up.
Stair-step cracks in block foundations are a common early warning sign we see across Middleburg-area homes.
That white chalky film on basement walls is efflorescence — mineral deposits left behind as water evaporates through concrete.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail at the worst possible time — usually during the next big Middleburg storm.
A bowing basement wall is a structural concern in addition to a water one — this is the kind of Middleburg call we prioritize fast.
Flooring that's cupping or warping near an exterior wall is a common clue our Middleburg crews trace back to a drainage issue.
Every Middleburg property is different — soil, slope, foundation age, water table depth. We size the fix to the actual problem, not a one-size package.
Standing water in your basement doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Middleburg emergency crews pump out the basement first, then diagnose the entry point so it doesn't happen again next storm.
Call for Emergency Service →Hairline cracks are how most Middleburg basements start leaking. We use epoxy injection to seal the crack from the inside out, stopping the leak at the source instead of just painting over the symptom.
Get a Crack Assessment →Already have a sump pump that's failing or too small for your Middleburg lot? We'll test it, tell you honestly whether it needs replacing, and size the new one to your actual water volume — not the cheapest unit on the truck.
Schedule a Pump Inspection →Some Middleburg lots need both an interior and exterior system working together — we'll tell you honestly if that's the case rather than selling just one.
Ask About Drain Systems →Musty smell upstairs that you can't explain? It's usually the crawl space. Our Middleburg crews encapsulate the space fully — floor, walls, and vents — so moisture stops migrating into your living areas.
